i just got my body fat and VO2 max tested yesterday and i have a bit to report on that - sit tight its coming along with a breakdown of the weekend's shenanigans and hoopla. it's starting to get interesting, juggling everything and maintaining my sanity, but here we go...
let the long hours of base building, mileage gaining, experience learning portion of training officially commense - katie b is finally back at it...again ;)

Why is the "universe" giving it to you? I absolutely LOVE my garmin and how it tells me how far I have gone as well as keeps track of my heart rate WAY better than any other watch I have ever used. In addition, It also is RED, which we all know is the fastest color. So why cant you run til jan??????? and why is there no link to AE on your blog????

well jb, i too have lots of questions for you - like where the eff have you dropped off the face of the universe to? and where the hell have you been? and why are you not on gmail chat anymore? and the list goes on...
and the "universe" is going to give it to me because i work my ass off and i deserve to be able to track that ass working - i just can't afford to purchase one so said "universe" will have to provide :)
