warm up - one lap + stretching

400M sprint
25 box pull ups
as many rounds as you can in 20 min

i got 7
and. it. hurt.
a lot.

Take care of that shoulder girl! Yikes! Anyway to find a way you are completely NOT using it? Burpees still engage it. Lots of box jumps and squats maybe?
